SCOT (Solidarity of Drivers, Operators and Technicians) appreciates the generosity and support of all donors, members, and partners.

Donations

All donations made to SCOT are voluntary and are used to support our programs, activities, and community development initiatives.

As a general policy, donations are non-refundable.

Refund Requests

If you believe a donation was made in error, duplicated, or processed incorrectly, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be approved at the sole discretion of SCOT.

Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a donation was made fraudulently or without your authorization, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the matter and take appropriate action.

Membership Fees and Event Registrations

Where applicable, membership fees, registration fees, or other payments may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of payment.
