At SCOT, our work is centered on empowering drivers, operators, and technicians while contributing to the sustainable development of communities across the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Through advocacy, professional development, employment support, social protection, ethical governance, community initiatives, inclusion, and strategic partnerships, we strive to create lasting opportunities and improve the lives of workers and their families.
Promotion and Protection of Workers' Rights and Values
SCOT works to protect and promote the rights of drivers, operators, and technicians by: Informing, educating, and raising awareness about workers' rights and responsibilities; Defending their social and professional interests; Fighting against violations of workers' rights; Promoting fair, equitable, and dignified working conditions.
Renforcement des capacités et développement professionnel
SCOT strengthens the skills and competencies of its members to enhance their competitiveness in the labor market through: Organizing technical and vocational training programs; Developing leadership and professional ethics; Promoting a culture of excellence, competence, and meritocracy; Supporting youth toward sustainable professional integration.
